Returns

We get it — art has to feel right in your space.

If your framed city map isn’t quite what you expected, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Return conditions

Returned items must be:

1. In new and unused condition
2. Undamaged
3. Complete with all original components
4. Preferably returned in their original packaging

How to return an item

Returns must be sent back by post.

Please contact us before returning your order and include your order number. We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.

Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and providing the return shipping label.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within the same 30-day return period, provided the returned product meets the conditions above.

Please contact us before sending your item back so we can arrange the exchange.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll help arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether the return has been accepted.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time before the refund appears in your account.

Personalised products

Products that are made specifically to your specifications or personalised for you may not be eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged or incorrect.

This return policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
